  • STEM Readiness – Introduction to AI and digital tools in academic and professional contexts.
  • Career Lab – Sessions focused on career planning, skills assessment and CV development for the business environment.

Academic Deep Dive & Admission Focus

The second week provides an in-depth exploration of management and business strategy. Participants work on applied case studies, analyse organisational change scenarios and engage in company visits.

The programme strengthens analytical, strategic and operational skills—essential for those considering a Master’s degree in Management or a future career in consulting, entrepreneurship or corporate leadership.
